[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Amount got debited twice and no refund yet.

Dear Sir/Madam, I Rajanarayana A, purchased product worth rs.820/- on feb 1st 2014 around 7 pm in Big baazar mysore, but they swiped my card twice as they said the first was an unsuccesful transaction. But the amount has been deducted from my account twice. When i asked customer help desk they assured me it will be credited within 24 hours, but still there is no response. Today i visited them again they gave me a statement which i have to submit in the bank. I'm very dissatisfied with your poor service. It is the mistake from your side, hence you should resolve this.It is not the right way telling us to resolve this issue. Its not our mistake.I Kindly request you to take an immediate action regarding this and compensate for this.
