[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — being verbally abused and threaten to harm physically by big bazaar employee when asked for outstanding voucher of bill

Sub: AN EXPERIENCE OF BEING ABUSED AND THREATEN BIGBAZAR MAXUS MALL OUTLET With extreme disappointment and displeasure, I convey to you my experience of being abused and threaten to harm physically at the big bazaar, maxus mall, bhayander west outlet by employee name Mr.Amit Garge department manager at the customer Support desk.On 12/10/14 at 10p.m.when I ask him for my previous shopping's (bill no.0042332 dated.23/09/14 of 3532.77) outstanding voucher of rs.200. I was immediately met with rudeness and aggression. He gave me gali in hindi'chutmarike' jyada power mat dikha.bahar nikal yaha se.tere jaise customer nahi chahiye.bahar chal dekhta hoo tuje...etc.The store manager also took his side and harass me verbally.but when some other customer gather and my wife intervene Mr.Amit garge inresponsibally leaved the place without apologize me. I was humiliated and incredibly angered by this behavior. Someone with such poor people skills and a lack of common courtesy should not work in customer service. I would like this issue to be addressed immediately. I would also like a verbal and written apology from the person.last time on 6th oct 2014 also he being rude and told that jab cal kiya usi din aana chahiye na abhi voucher nahi hai.meri jeb se doo kya 200rs.etc.and then told us come on or after 12th October 2014. After these incident immidiately Me and my wife leaved the trolly which we shopped(shopped bt not bill, incident happened before billing) for almost 2hour spending in big bazaar for diwali shopping.such a wastage of time on my weekly off. These is to informed every customer that how retail employees are treating customers.I thought kirana shops are better where illiterate shopkeeper's have more courtesy and customer service than so called retail giant's mannerless employees . I'm requesting consumer complaint board kindly give me support and guide me to take appropriate and disciplinary against Mr.Amit Garge, store manager chandrakant and entire future retail group.
