[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Big Bazaar Malleswaram Home delivery

I purchased a cot and mattress worth Rs.10000 on Sunday 21st June from the Big Bazaar Malleswaram Branch Bangalore with the promise that they will deliver and install it by Monday evening. Its Tuesday evening now and they are still telling that they will try to deliver it tomorrow. I am greatly disappointed by the service. They didn't even have the courtesy to inform about the delay. On every call they are just saying that they will deliver it the next day. I will cancel the order with my bank if it is not delivered by tomorrow. yesterday they said that something is wrong with the delivery van. Today something is wrong with the driver. Everyday new excuses. In today's competitive market when online stores are delivering products within 1 day, I wonder why Big Bazaar takes 3+ days to deliver products within 6 Km. Never again purchasing from Big Bazaar. I would rather pay more money and do business with people who respect their word and commitment.
