[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Big bazaar profit club renewal amount not reflecting on car & no acknowledgement of receipt

On prompted by the repeated SMSs and scroll message on My Account option on the profit club site I renewed my membership by paying Rs 10, 000 thru credit card on 6th Sep 2014, but till date after repeated requests to them my payment has not been acknowledged or the amount is not reflecting on my card transaction list. It is a gross negligence and unprofessional behaviour on the part of a big corporate.
