I am a regular customer of BIG BAZAAR, Sahara Mall for the last ten yrs. But of lately there have been so many blunders there, they don't give you the free gifts made available by the company or even sometimes the benefit of the big bazaar scheme is not given to the customers. If you object they tend to give you stupid explanations as well rather than accept their fault.
Yesterday they crossed their limits, I purchased groceries and other things from there and since I was in a hurry to rush to my job, I didn't cross check my purchase there at the store. But when in the evening I checked the purchase, to my horror many of the things I had bought did not exist in the list or in my bags though I remember giving them for billing at the counter. The billing girl was asked for the free gift too, she said she'd give but then didn't do so. Also I was charged for stuff I did not even buy!!!
Can I get all this straightened out? and my extra payment be reimbursed to me?
