Big Bazaar — Charging for non-bought items | |||
I visited BigBazzar store at Malleswaram, Bangalore. There was an announcement in the store that, if the total purchase is over Rs.2000 then, the 1.5l Pepsi will be charged for Rs.10/- First of all, I never DRINK Pepsi and I did not buy but it was added to my bill and they deducted from my payment. I realized this only after I reached home and contacted the store immediately and informed this one. This is completely UNACCPETABLE customer service. Why the person at the counter added Rs.10 to the price list without checking with the customer? How come the system allowed to charge Rs.10 when there is NO pepsi added to the shopping list? I post this message to alert the public. So please check your bill before leave the counter. Was this information helpful? | |||
