Big Bazaar — Complaint regarding future group shopping card | |||
Hello, I have a complaint about future group shopping card.I have a balance of 13000 in my card.At the time when card is given to me they said that I will get Rs.135/- every month free shopping from 1 nov 2014 for next 12 months.I have purchased two -three times from big baazar after 1st Nov.Every time the counter guy made excuse that card is not activated yet.And now today he said that it cannot be activated. Hi just did a shopping at Big Bazar Bhangagarh. Cash memo no. was 0094323/ Tr. 2365. The person at counter was informed about updating the mobile no. since self had forgotten to carry the membership card. However, on checking the bill the no. updated was incorrect.
Was told by your counter per to contact help desk. and helpdesk person informed about getting all the shopping items to get it re scanned. Horrible experience. Your persons mistake why the customer to be inconvenienced..
