[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Exchange of purchsed items

I visited Big Bazar near Narayanguda (near Vir Savarkar statue), Hyderabad along with my family on Sunday. We purchased some clothes for my kids, which were found defective after we arriave back at home. On the other day when my daughter went to your Big Bazar and consulted for exchange of the defective items, the lady at the specific counter denied to exchange the items and spelled the following rules 1. If you want to exchange an item, you can exchange the item with an item that exactly costs the same amount. 2. You cant take two or three items even if they costs less than the exchanged item. 3. Even if you are ready to pay the excess amount for an item, in exchange of already purchased item, we are not going to accept. Only one item in exchange of the item and that costs the same price will be allowed 4. No refund will be allowed." These are conditions she spelled. I dont understand what kind of rules are these. These are certainly not customer friendly rules. One more disgusting issue with you at the store- customers are being charged to park their vehicles in your premises. This is ridiculous, they are you are customers, cant you provide space for parking their vehicles at free of cost, should they be charged for this. I am afraid, these hard headed rules will be going to dip the organisation.
