Big Bazaar / Future Bazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Cheating by double billing

The incident has happened at vile parle east store of big bazaar. The payment counter person told me that her card machine was not accepting my card and to go to another counter. I entered my card pin twice but the man on the second counter said that the transaction was not going through. So I came back to the first counter and made the payment. After few days my card statement reflected the payment also to big bazaar.
The people at the store cheat innocent customers even during this very difficult times of the pandemic
When I went back to the store today they only showed me the receipt for card payment and refused to accept that they had taken cash from me. The store employees have connived to cheat and did not even show CCTV footage.
