Hi i make payment @ big bazar kothrud branch, pune. Amount is rs.603 from my sbi credit card. I complained 2 times that problem. The told me that i will get any mail or sms or call from our person but still i didn't got anything. Customer desk told me that you have to0 wait for 48 hrs but it's already 1 week done. Please take appropriate action. Transaction date is[protected] Mode of payment: credit card Time: 8:20 pm At least i need any feedback or acknowledgement what will be the process.
