[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — bag replacement | |||
I bought a safari bag at bigbazzar saligramam chennai shop which got defected within 3 months then i complaint the same to the safari customer care. They responded with mail saying me to take the defected bag to the venue of purchase and replacement will be done there. Today i went to bb, there they called the safari sales person, he came and he didn't even see the mail properly, asking us to go to service center which is far from my place and give the bag. We said it is mentioned in the mail to give it in the venue of purchase but you are asking us to go to service center which is far for which he called his manager through phone and gave to me his attitude was too worst, he was speaking like the mistake is on our side and commanding us, none from the bigbazzar staff came to solve the issue they just called the safari sales person and said us to deal with him. I am surprised why it happening like, I have trust in big bazar but they are doing which is not relevant.
