Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Bagrrys oats and free green tea

Hello...
I recently bought a bagrry's white oats 800 GM pkt which said " green tea worth RS. 75 free" from big bazar, pink square, raja park Jaipur. The thing is previously when I bought this pack I got free bagrry's green tea which was available with the pack.
This time when I bought the exact same pack the staff said green tea will be available at the billing counter, where they said that "Lipton tea is free with it" which was worth RS. 20.

I do not understand what's the need for such deliberate switching...for meagre profits...

Big Bazaar — Product with ants insects

Today we brought wheat floor from Big Bazaar. In wheat floor we found lot many ants inside the pack. Such a mistake cannot be tolerated with Big seller...
