[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — betraying the customers on free products

Sir/madam,
On 28 mar 2019 and 29 mar 2019, i purchased parle hide and seek biscuit in which parle digestive biscuit i repeat parle digestive biscuit costing rs 10/- was free. When i ask the free gift in the outer customer desk, he handed over me parle magix chocolate biscuit costing rs 5/- each.

2. We as an existing cutomer towards big bazar feels good evertime that if we have forgotton our free gifts we can take it on the other day. But providing the wrong products is not going good, i suppose.

My transaction last day details i. E. On 28 mar 2019 is invoice no. [protected] and
29 mar 2019 is [protected].

Please look into the matter.
