I am a member of big bazaar profit club (Card no.[protected] for more than 2 years. On 18.06.2017 i also became a member of big bazaar savings club (Card no.[protected] after seeing its condition of “10% extra savings over & above our existing offers at store”.in its 26 numbers of terms and conditions mentioned overleaf of the letter issued to me with the card, nowhere it is written that this benefit will not be applicable with profit club card. I also got it clarified by your customer care executive at orbit mall, baghajatin, kolkata store before accepting savings club membership. I also purchased items using both the cards twice, last on 19.07.2017 (Ch: 166137, till no.19, cash memo no.0128620, tr: 20730, st: 4769). But all on a sudden big bazaar has stopped without any notice to me the simultaneous benefit of both these cards. If you change any rule that should be applicable for the new members. Existing members cannot be denied a facility based on which they opted for membership. It is a clear violation of contract between big bazaar and it customers that amounts to unfair business.
