[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — bought one piece but billed for two pieces | |||
Today I did my shopping at Big Bazar Cosmos Mall Siliguri (WB). My Mob No [protected], Tax Invoice No [protected], TILL No 13, Memo No 0000704. After reaching home I matched my bill with the goods & surprisingly I found that I have been charged for two pieces of CERELAC MG 5FRT 300g (Rs. 245/- x 2 = Rs. 490/-) but I have actually bought & got only one single piece of that. May be it's an mistake on your part. I request to kindly reconcile your inventory & arrange to refund my Rs. 245/- at the earliest. You may refund the same in my Future Pay wallet.
