Brand Factory — order 1 Review India kiranmaia on Nov 26, 2019Submit a Complaint Hi, I placed an order in branfactory online and i received wrong size and it's like old clothes so i want to return those, but they are not changing the status to 'delivered' still my order status is 'ordered'. Due to this i am not able to return the products and i contacted their support team more than 20 times till now and they didn't even responding properly. My order id: 91753 Placed date: jul 13, 2019, 10:12 am I am contacting them from past 4 months and they are not even responding and they are saying only one answer from 4 months that we are working and will let you know.
