I purchased 11k worth clothes from fbb hyderabad ameerpet. I must say that i was very happy to see the collection you have and i was really impressed. However, i am unhappy with the staff for your poor customer service who was least bothered to answer my query and has dismissed my request and asked the next customer to serve. I reminded him that i was talking to him and he ignored me again wow!!. I was charged 20rs for the carry bag and it has a logo of bb why should i pay 20rs when you are promoting your brand on it. When i returned home i have noticed that the security tag was not removed. I live 14km away from the store and i can’t afford to go that long just to get the tag removed.
