Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Charging extra than MRP on products | |||||
The feedback is about wrong billing in big bazaar (Jp nagar 2nd phase). One item was charged above mrp and other item was double charged failing to apply discount on it. On reaching the counter, they tried to convince us saying the discount was on another product. But finally, after the confirmation they had to payback the extra amount charged. This is just a complaint about the billing process that a company like big bazaar is following and on showing we had to wait for several minutes and had to face lots of question. This is not a service which is expected from a brand like big bazaar. I also have the bill with the extra charged items on products mrp. Please let me know if i need to attach that also in case.
