[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — complaint against after sales service of koryo tv. | |||
Dear sir, I bought a koryo tv vide till no.8, memo no.0001292, tr no.18394 and item description no. Kor led kle32dlchn7 on 27.01.19. On 11.12.19 that tv stopped working and i called up koryo customer service on 12.12.19. On text day a service mechanic called me and told me to pay service charge and travelling charge. I objected and told him that within warranty period we were not supposed to pay service charge. Then he insisted me to pay travelling charge. I again objected because i bought the tv from jalpaiguri big bazaar not from siliguri. Then i met with an service executive at jalpaiguri big bazaar store but he also couldn't help me. However on the same day a mechanic came to me from siliguri koryo service centre and after checking the tv told me that tv paned need to be changed and could be done at least after 12 days. Being a profit club member and a loyal customer of big bazaar my humble submission to you that why should i wait so long without watching my interesting channels.
