I had lodged a complaint to fix up my broken central table which was out of warranty. I was told that I will not have to pay any charges until any extra part of replacement required for this work and also, at the same time the polishing will be free for lifetime. The guy who came to fix this up charged me Rs 500 and when I called up the customer care they said that I had to pay this amount but they were not able to tell me that did they come to this amount. Also, now they are saying that I'll have to pay for polishing job as well. There is alot of miscommunication internally in Hometown people and they are asking for random charges.
