I have order items through online mobile app, bigbazaar app, items value Rs.4814 (four thousand eight hundred and fourteen rupees ) I have paid through upi payment successful. But I have not received order items on promised basis timings may 7 Friday 6pm-8pm, so I have contacted through customer care number [protected] to to that was also busy ( can't rechable) so i have decided to cancel the order, and also did cancel but not received any refund amount,
Please kindly check and refund my amount
