With reference to the above subject, on[protected], i have registered for big bazaaar profit card at bharuch branch (Shalimar mart) gujarat customer care desk and offered payment through my idbi bank debit card for rs.10, 100/- to the executive mr. Nilesh kashinath kapdi (Emp code: 431836). After swiped the card in the machine i entered the pin and approved pin and transaction completed but before generating the receipt the machine goes switched off. The customer care executing told me that this amount will be refunded within 24 hours and induce me to swipe the card one more time and debited again rs.10, 100/- from my account for the profit club card no. [protected] on 03.03.2019. But after 2 days of time i have not received my amount rs.10, 100/- return back and i contact with the customer care executive and also branch manager mr. Dilip ([protected]) but there is any genuine reply from their side. Then i went to idbi bank dahej branch and raised a dispute on 05.03.2019 for refund for double payment. But after 20 days of time i have not received my cash return. Please please check this and do needful the refund my cash very urgently.
