[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Employee of big bazaar

There is one person for weight and measure of fruits and vegetables in mysore big bazaar who always mis behave, this time he crossed his limit. When we gave vegetables to him for weighing he threw it on floor after weighing instead of giving it to us or instead of keeping the vegetables on tabl, sometimes by knowingly he will put potatoes price tag for leafy things, he is irritating like anything. I got angry when he threw the vegetables on floor and i told him why r u misbehaving like this u donno to respect customer or what like after that also he didn't even say sorry to me or my mom, We are a regular and happy customer of big bazaar because of satisfactory service we were getting from big bazaar. But the shocking thing is, when we complain about this employee to the big bazaar manager of that branch he didn't even bother to listen our query and without listening to us he was telling rudely to his colleague "what is their problem check and send" . Now a days this is the kind of service we are getting from big bazaar mysore branch employees. Manager name is Mahesh and the person who is in weight and measure department of fruits and vegetables hiz name is SundarRaj. I donno whether this name they hav told is correct or not because the person sundarraj was not ready to tell his name and he was not showing his employee ID card to see the name but somehow I checked with other employee of big bazaar.
I will really appreciate if that employee will be trained on how to respect customer and if manager is resolving customer issues.
