I had bought led tv from e zone, big bazaar, empress mall, nagpur on 27th of october as my shopping was above 25000 and festive gifting offer was going on i also booked koryo oven on 29/10/2016 by paying 1999/- and concern person assured me of home delivery once the product is available with them. Now till today i haven't received my delivery of oven. Now they are telling that product is already delivered at my address and i am 100% confident product is not delivered. Either your delivery person might have delivered it at wrong address or some wrongdoing is done from your side. And i do not find any satisfactory response now.
