I have purchased the above mentioned items from Hometown Ranchi on 26.05.16 & 29.05.16 and received the said item on 07.06.2016 after paying Rs. 1300 against Transportation charges, but after lapse of one month from purchase no one has contacted me to assemble the items for use after repeated persuasion to hometown Ranchi on 23.03.16 one person contacted to assemble the items demanding the Transportation & food(lunch) cost and other cost. about this cost at the time of purchase no one has told me as they can sell the items and earn money to make the customer fool. this is the height of Misrepresentation. as per contract act 1872 in case of representation the contract is void ab initio.
