I had ordered russell hobbs rgs160m garment steamer through their online store ezoneonline.In at a discounted price during some sales promotion. They have refused to deliver the product saying its out of stock. They are saying they have a different product which is much more expensive than the one i ordered and want me to pay up for that product.
