I was doing payment of some goods from big bazaar online app.On 4th May 2021 amount has been deducted from account and showing status of transferred transaction of 505.25 to Future pay. But future pay wallet is showing zero balance till now.No one is there to pick up customer care call for hours. I wrote about it on their customer care email id- [protected]@futurepay.co.in
and support mail id [protected]@futurepay.co.in
but emails id's are not working.
