I went to a big bazaar outlet near my house with my father to purchase an item. after having bought the item, we were asked to go to the customer service desk as we wanted to get out purchase gift wrapped. the csd was disorganized and we had to move from one desk to another to get our query answered.in the commotion the bill somehow dropped from my hand and could not be found. i immediately went to the csd and as my purchase was punched in my payback card i got a duplicate bill from the csd. while getting out of the shop, the same employee who billed us at the sales desk disrespectfully snatched the duplicate bill from my father's hand and went towards the customer service desk. there he accused us of stealing the particular item in spite of the fact that he was the one who sold us the product a few minutes earlier. he spoke disrespectfully with my father and none of the senior management staff came forward to stop him let alone support us. luckily i spotted my bill lying near a counter and picked it up. but still the management was indifferent to the entire issue. i want strict action to be taken against the employee and i want a feedback for my complaint asap. i am providing the details of the store and purchase:
