We have an IQIP safe installed at our residence, purchased from HomeTown, Mumbai. Although the purchase was made 3/4 years ago, the safe was recently installed, brand new condition as it was kept packed after purchase. During the last battery change, the safe has locked itself & we are unable to locate the keys.
