[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Issue of My name's Big Bazaar profit Club Card to someone else | |||||
I have never applied for any Big Bazaar Profitable Club Card and neither I have paid for it. However, a card has been issued by Big Bazaar on 15 December 2016 in my name to someone else. I am consistently getting emails and msgs for purchases which I have not made. Even after calling Big Bazaar customer care and telling them to remove my details from that card, no step has been taken till date. This has been done during the time of note ban.
