Sir, I did shopping of rs 3023 from big bazaar south x mall kanpur on 1/5/2019 memo no 0001429 tr 13860 in the name of surabhi agarwal. According to my bill my total savings comes out to rs 1142. But cashback i received is 260 while it should be rs 495 which i have calculated according to the displays held there on each product.
