On 14th august 2017, we have purchased items worth rs. 4698. The helper billed lisol of rs.315 but did not keep it in bag. Also we were charged rs15 more for a shopping bag we did not take. Pl resolve the complaint and refund us the money. I have been associated with big bazar since last 10 years this is not expected of it. Please find attached the bill of the same.
