My bill no 18535 dated 15.02.2012 at 15:22:32. I have purchased 1 pc vip blue from bigbzar birati. Initially at the sales counter i was informed price with 60% discount but billing was with 55% discount. When i protested i was told that there was change in the discount % which the sales counter was not aware of. Meanwhile, another customer who had purchased similar luggage was leaving the shop, i inquisitively checked with him the discount offered. He confirmed that 60% discount has been offered. I came back and protested but your staff didn't accept my version. By this time the other customer had already left. Later on i had given my feedback through the link send by your office. I have just received a call. The person who spoke to me instead of addressing my problem kept on asking why i didn't take his bill and that he is not in a position to check from the system whether uniform discount has been provided to all customer today. When i said i am not satisfied he replied that he will keep on calling me till i close my complaint. Perhaps he was trying to threaten me that if i don't close my complaint he will harrass me with repeated calls. Now i have two complaints :
(1) please confirm whether all the customer has been offered same discount on luggage on today's date.
(2) i will be forced to move to consumer court if i am harassed by repeated calls by your team
Reply against my complaint may please be given in writing to my mail.
