At big bazar diamond plza mall i had the worst experience of my life as the executive dealing at the exchange counter i. E. Customer service desk, misbehaved wid me & my wife like anything. Have been a very valued customer of big bazar. But after this behaviour i wl discontinue. His name is pradhan paul. M attaching a pic f his & expect a stern action & aplogy frm him. My mom went to kstar mall- Food bazaar on Friday
And while billing one item was extra which she doesnt even uses, which some one might have kept in the basket . While checking the bill duing exit they blamed her for stealing it and forcing to pay for the same . They immensely insulted her in front of everybody without any proof
