[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Modular Kitchen provided and installed by Home Town | |||
I got a Modular Kitchen designed and installed in my House by Home Town, Central Mall, J.P Nagar, Bangalore, on 08/02/2016. The unit developed some water leakage problem and because of that some panels bulged and one door is not closing properly. I complained to Home Town Customer Care during December 2016 and after that Home Town technicians visited my House several times (at least three times) and finally told me that I have to get the affected components replaced at my cost and Home Town will make them and provide them to me. From my very first mail, I have been complaining that since Home Town did the complete job, including installation it is their responsibility to replace the damaged parts free of cost as the damage has happened within one year Warranty period. Home Town Complaint No. HT: [protected] dated 24.01/2017. Mr. Balwan and subsequently Mr. Phaneesh of Home Town visited to assess the damage in the kitchen cabinet.
