[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Money deducted And Order Not Placed : Kindly Refund My debited amount

I had try to place orders twice by paying amount 12899.60 rupees and 19281 ruppes.
amount deducted but order not placed.
i tried to reach customercare but it seems very hard to reach waiting more than hour stil not connecting.

Here are the transaction details
from my account debited of INR12899.60 on 07-may-21 &futurepay.[protected]@hdfcbankcredited.UPI:[protected]

and on another transaction on 8 May 2021
