[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Money not refunded in my future pay wallet | |||||
I had done a shopping of more than 4400 Rs during the big bazaar 6 days sasta sale offer 20- 26 Jan 2017. For that I was told that Rs 100 will would be credited in my future pay wallet for 8 months. I downloaded the app immediately after giving my phone number [protected] at the counter. After that I forgot to check the app for around 20 days as I was out of station and busy in other works. But today 19feb 2017, when I went to big bazaar again for some shopping, I found that the money is not credited in my account in the future app . As I had the original bill with me, there I found that the phone number mentioned that is incorrect. Two numbers in the phone number is swapped. When I asked the manager to rectify it, they blindly said, nothing can be done for this. They were very rude as well.
