This is regarding order no. – [protected] and bill no. –[protected]Ticket no.-ht [protected]). We had placed orders for 5 seater recliner, study table and chair on 2nd july. We were initially communicated date for delivery on july 10th however recliner arrived 4-5 days delay and study table arrived around 10 days delay and believe our luck…chair never arrived. Initially we were communicated that there will be a delay so we waited for 4 weeks and eventually we were told you don’t have a stock. My question is when taking an order you check the inventory then why were we told later after 4 weeks that its not in stock? Now we requested for a money back but that also customer care is unable to handle it. We are being told to go back to ambience mall store to select an alternative chair. We neither have time nor patience left to run around again.
It is extremely frustrating with us have to followup every 2-3 days with no followup calls from hometown team at all. No one is bothered at all. We have had very bad experience so far and until now we had trusted hometown and future retail as a good brand with focus on customer satisfaction however this experience was disastrous. Its more frustrating as no one is bothered or wants to handle customer complaint even after multiple followups.
