Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — not providing service for bed repairing work

I had purchased a bed from home town(big-bazaar) 3 years ago from nagpur(m.s.).Resentlt my bed is damaged and then I called to hometown customer care for providing reparing service but they denied to provide service while three years is passed.I explainedthat I will pay for it but they did not give serivce and customer care executive disconnect my phone.
