Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — order not received and refund not initiated

I placed an order on big bazaar for home essentials through the future pay app on 18th april. I haven't received it yet (22nd april) i was told that i will get it by 19th april. They cancelled some of the items saying that they are out of stock. I emailed them to cancel my whole order and refund me a total of 2220 (My shopping amount). However, they said my order cannot be cancelled as it was in transit. This company is a fraud. I want my refund!

My order was cancelled by big bazar on 25july and the money has not yet got refunded ...it's being a month now...
I contacted many times the store ...
It's such a carelessness ..how can u trust again ..
