I have purchased a Sofa set and and a coffee table on 6th May. on 22nd may i got a call from HomeCenter customer care saying they dont have a coffee table in stock and they will take one month for arrange the same. Hence, i had to cancel the coffee table and asked for refund.
I visited the store couple of times but was informed that the refund will be transferred to card in 3-4 weeks.
Its almost 2 months and with multiple visits to store and call to customer care is hear the same answer everytime that "the order has been cancelled and you need to visit store again for followups."
Its like being Harassed for to get my money back..
I need some help to get this closed .. I am totally unsatisfied with the company's response and professionalism.. Was this information helpful? |
