I ordered few items from Big Bazaar app yesterday and the scheduled time was 8 am to 10 am. still the product status is showing as confirmed only from yesterday night and no packed or dispatched status is there. Tried to call customer service for a number of times. Emailed also but no response. I have paid online.
Please please look into the status and matter because things are urgent. Either deliver it or refund my money
