I am having a profit club card bearing no [protected]. I went for shopping to big bazar abids hyderabad last week but my card was not accepted saying it has expired.. i paid in cash for my shopping. I was told that it needs to be reactivated and it will take time and i will be informed about it. Kindly let me know the details of the balance in the card and also how it was used by me as i did not keep record of the usage as i am travelling most of the time. a statement o[censored]sage will be highly preferred. as i did not use the card for the last few months.
