I had paid Rs 10, 100. Now I am unable to avail any service or shopping as you have closed your outlets.

I had emailed you on 21 June 2022 at your email id '[protected]@bigbazaar.com' wherein I had attached picture of the card & my aadhaar. I had also enclosed my bank details. I had emailed you from my mail ID study [protected]@britishcounsel.org.in. However the refund is still not processed.

Kindly update me regarding the status of my refund application.
