The said item was booked the day it was announced at Virar West branch opposite Magnus Motors near Yazoo Park.

The date of delivery was 2nd Feb 2017, then changed thrice approximately over the phone, to our surprise that the delivery is not yet affected.

it was to be gifted to someone however thanks for your support. We don't think you want to deliver it and even we have lost our interest.

kindly update us on the possible solution with a letter of apology in hard copy posted to us on the address registered on the bill. We do not understand why our case is taken so lightly and we have been facing number of issues, even on big bazar part.

The product been booked under VINAYEK JIRAFE

Delivery address given was: A401, LILY, AGARWAL HERITAGE, YASHWANT NAGAR, VIRAR WEST.

We also had an issue with the PIGEON three burner gas which is attended but yet await the final resolution.
