Dear Future Pay Team and Big Bazaar Profit Card Team

Kindly refund the amount in the Big Bazaar profit club card[protected] that was issued in the name of MELROY KENNETH MACDONALD with mobile number [protected].

I have not been able to use this card as Big Bazaar had shut down all of sudden in October 2021 suddenly and now I am stuck with the card and unable to use it.

So I request to refund the amount to me as soon as possible.

I have attached attachments in email the big bazaar profit card, identity proof of Aadhar card and cancelled cheque for your reference.

I would appreciate an early refund of the amount of Rs 10000 in the card.

I look forward towards your positive and considerable response.
