[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — related to offers | |||
Bought a sweet pack, which was of buy one get one, but charged for both. We asked about the offer to the staff before billing in counter itself. The offer was for lal sweets, and they they will charge for the high priced sweet pack. On asking about this to customer care not responded properly. Instead he was blaming us. That was not on our side. It was the responsibility of the staff who was working there. If they don't know regarding the products, offers, why they are working there. The person on bill counter is billing and also folding the clothes for customers that's pretty much time consuming
