[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — return and refund is still getting neglected | |||
On june 21, 2019 i have requested for return of two product from brand factory online. But the courier boy came and took only one product saying he have received email for only one product. And i have called brandfactory online customer care (Which is a part of future pay) but they are neglating my issue since then. They have no information about my return and always saying they don't have any update regarding return. Refund my money or else i am going to file case on you.
