The cashier named Bivas Mondal harassed me like anything at baghajatin Big Bazar.I was standing in billing line he was talking with a customer who is on hold.Then he started billing after the first person was done next i came.Again he was talking with the hold customer then 10 min gone he was telling them about their points and all.I asked what is going on he said you wait this family has purchased many thngs the bill is 10k .Then i said yes so what.we i am in the line why dont you do my billing he said again we have to serve valued customer first.Alomost after 25 min he was then also speaking ...then i called the customer care.And lastly i have complained the matter to the floor maneger.
felt quite humiliated as the person was telling things as if he is the servent of that particular family.I never felt so humiliated in any future group.As if we dont have money no value He has purposely misbehaved.I was standing with my item at night alone for the billing.I want an written apology from that particular person.I was alone my driver was waiting outside and i have to rush back home as it was too late.
