Date: 26.2.2017 Place: Big Bazaar, Boduppal, Hyderabad, Telangana, India Big Bazaar has always been the best for family shopping. But today we had the worst experience ever. A tag on one of the dresses was not removed during billing and was packed. At the exit we were stopped telling we had some unbilled item and were treated as thieves (after paying a bill of 10k Rs) until they found it to be their mistake. After we asked who was responsible for all the drama, there was no response from anybody. Also, there absolutely was no rush where in this mistake could have happened. There was no manager to immediately respond to any customer, neither a staff person who could apologize atleast. Nothing could be this worse! Was this information helpful? | |||||
